You can vary the number of shots made and the time that the players have to complete the shots depending on age and skill level. You can also time a player on how long it takes to complete the circuit. There are some times when the player in the video travels. Players can spin the ball to simulate catching a pass to avoid dribbling and traveling. I like the concept of the drill.
