This is a great drill to use to build dribbling skills, dribbling confidence, and as a conditioner with a basketball. It can be a toughness drill if you go for 4 or 5 minutes.
Take some ideas from this drill and incorporate the dribble moves and skills that you teach to toughen up your players on the dribble!
