Cleveland Cavaliers Head Coach John Beilein demonstrates a shooting drill he used while he was at Michigan.
Take this and make it your own by using the shots that your players will be shooting in games.
Another way to run the drill would be to have each group of 3 players (the rebounder, the shooter, and the passer) compete against other teams of 3 and have a collective team score for all 3 players’ scores. That would put a little more urgency in the minds of the passers and rebounders.
